I recently joined Steve Manley for lunch at The Café Cream in Bridgwater, where we had the opportunity to meet owner Laura and see first-hand the warm welcome she and her team provide to customers.
We both opted for the cheese and onion toasties, which certainly didn't disappoint. I'll definitely be back to try the buffet breakfast next time!
It is always encouraging to meet local business owners who are passionate about what they do. Laura works incredibly hard, and it is clear how much she cares about both her business and her customers. The friendly atmosphere and excellent service made it a thoroughly enjoyable visit.
Independent businesses are at the heart of our local economy, and I would encourage anyone who hasn't visited The Café Cream to pop in and give it a try. Supporting local businesses helps keep our town centres vibrant and thriving.
